Following approval by Ealing Council’s cabinet and Ealing Clinical Commissioning Group, the application process for the 2019-23 Voluntary Community Sector (VCS) grants programme is now open.
All applications should be completed in the PDF application form. Hand written applications will not be considered.
There will be £2.241m available each year for four years to fund services which will play a significant role in helping the council support its residents, while increasing opportunities and delivering services that make a real difference.
The fund will be divided between six key funding streams:
• Community connections and self-care
• Information and advice
• Mental health
• Short breaks/Respite care
• Domestic violence services
• Infrastructure support
There will also be a small grants fund which will be launched in April 2019.
Councillor Jasbir Anand, cabinet member for business and community services said: “We are underlining our commitment to supporting voluntary groups to have a much greater involvement in shaping public services. The voluntary sector plays, and will continue to play, a major part in reforming services. These grants will further inspire a responsive and determined sector to do even more to improve outcomes for our residents.”
The closing date for receipt of all applications is 12pm on Monday 10 September 2018.
Further information about the grant application process can be found on the council’s website.
