A new way to show you love clean streets

Residents are reminded that they can quickly and easily report issues they encounter on local streets with the Love Clean Streets app, which is available through regular app stores.

Love Clean Streets has taken over from the Ealing 24/7 app as the way to log street level problems with the council. People are therefore encouraged to delete the ‘Ealing 24/7’ app and download the new app if they have not already done so.

It lets you report everything from fly-tipping and dog mess to potholes and has an improved and more interactive service for users. Just visit to the usual app store on your phone or device, search for ‘Love Clean Streets’ and download.

It is simple, free to use and, once set up, any environmental issues encountered on the borough’s streets can be logged quickly.

Reporting an environmental issue is four-step process and only takes a few seconds:

  1. See a problem
  2. Open the Love Clean Streets app
  3. Take a picture, your location is automatically detected
  4. Enter some basic information and post the report.

Your report is then sent directly to the council to deal with. You will be kept informed of the progress with an email notification when you report an issue and again when it is closed. If you do not get an email, please check your junk or spam folders.

Councillor Mik Sabiers, cabinet member for environment and highways, said: “We are always looking to make it easier and quicker for local people to report issues they encounter on our streets. The Love Clean Streets app is a new, improved way to ensure that problems such as fly-tipping, dog fouling and potholes are reported to the council swiftly, so we can take the steps to ensure that our borough remains a clean and tidy place to live and work.”

If you do not have a smartphone, or want an alternative way to report issues, you can do so on the council’s website.
